Description

β€’ Oracle CX Consultant responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to large clients. β€’ Offer recommendations for operational improvements. β€’ Leverage Oracle Cloud solutions for sales performance and incentive compensation. β€’ Manage task assignments and drive issues to resolution. β€’ Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. β€’ MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected. β€’ 6 to 8 years of consulting or industry experience. β€’ 4+ years in leading Oracle Sales Performance Management Implementations β€’ Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud β€’ Experience in configuration of compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules. β€’ Experience with Territory Management. β€’ Experience with Quota Management. β€’ Proficiency with Oracle Sales Cloud, or other related CRM and SPM tools β€’ Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery β€’ Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required. β€’ In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant. β€’ Preferred experience in any of the other CX modules like Sales Cloud CRM, Subscription Management, Field Service and/or Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud
