Description

• Oracle CX Consultant responsible for providing strategic technology consulting services to large clients. • Offer recommendations for operational improvements. • Leverage Oracle Cloud solutions for sales performance and incentive compensation. • Manage task assignments and drive issues to resolution. • Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD (technical accounting, management system, Business Admin, etc.) expected. • 6 to 8 years of consulting or industry experience. • 4+ years in leading Oracle Sales Performance Management Implementations • Experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation Cloud • Experience in configuration of compensation plans, credit rules, custom components, credit, and classification rules. • Experience with Territory Management. • Experience with Quota Management. • Proficiency with Oracle Sales Cloud, or other related CRM and SPM tools • Extensive experience in consulting or a related role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery • Consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required. • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant. • Preferred experience in any of the other CX modules like Sales Cloud CRM, Subscription Management, Field Service and/or Service Cloud, CPQ Cloud
