Description

• Principal Solutions Architect at Argano bridges sales, delivery, and client needs. • Oversees and guides architectural aspects of mid to large size projects. • Provides input into sales strategy and execution pre-sale. • Develops models illustrating product/solution value to customers. • Assists delivery team in definition and design during implementation. • Maintains understanding of applications, tools, and technologies related to Argano Oracle Business Unit. • Leads project solution design through implementations, overseeing critical milestones. • Completes RFP responses and proposals. • Works with sales team to drive sales cycles to completion. • Communicates and engages to remedy client satisfaction issues during engagements. • Advocates for process improvements in client business processes. • Leads design meetings with clients to determine proper solutions for implementation. • Architects overall proposed solutions and implementation strategies. • Participates in defining and delivering project proposals and estimates.

Requirements

• Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred. • Validated ability to support sales as an SCM Subject Matter Expert. • Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters. • Ability to understand fundamental Oracle SCM Cloud system design and purpose. • Understanding of project implementation methodologies and knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams. • Ability to engage effectively at senior levels within organizations. • Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment. • Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases. • Willing to travel, as necessary. • Oracle certified preferred.
