Description

• Own key technical decision making at the AF. • Serve as the primary technical liaison for internal teams, including partnerships, ecosystem, and grants. • Engage with external stakeholders, including partners, developers, and community members, to foster collaboration and innovation. • Manage and Scale Data Capability. • Communicate complex technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders. • Support the partnerships and ecosystem teams by providing technical expertise and insights for sales enablement. • Identify and establish technical partnerships that align with the Foundation’s strategic goals. • Ensure seamless integration and collaboration with partners to maximize the impact of joint initiatives. • Collaborate with the grants and ecosystem teams to evaluate the technical feasibility of proposed projects. • Provide recommendations based on technical assessments to support funding and development decisions. • Monitor and review ongoing projects to ensure they meet technical standards and milestones.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior technical leadership role, preferably within the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry. • Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, specifically Ethereum and Layer 2 scaling solutions. • Demonstrated experience in data management, analytics, and infrastructure scaling. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in sales enablement and forming technical partnerships. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically. • Passion for blockchain technology and its potential to drive positive change.
