Description

• Technology Leadership: Provide strategic vision and leadership for all technology-related aspects of the company • Team Management: Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and developers • Develop Product: In addition to leading and managing, also be able to develop products • Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle • Architecture and Scalability: Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure systems • Technical Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology solutions align with business requirements • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential technology-related risks • Budget Management: Develop and manage the technology budget

Requirements

• Proven Leadership: 7 + years of demonstrated success in leading and scaling technology teams • Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with experience in software development, architecture, and deployment • Must have the ability to architect, develop in, and manage people in the following tech stack: Existing Apps - AWS, Aurora MySQL / PlanetScale, PHP, jQuery, React.js, React Native • Future Potential Migration (Still in Discussion) - Vue.js, Node.js, MongoDB • Nice to Have - Versori or like technology for native integrations and custom workflows • Must have these traits to be considered for the position: Strategic Thinker, Innovation, Communication Skills, Problem-Solving, Adaptability

Benefits

• Base Salary - $175K • Bonus Potential – Up to 25% • Options Package – Founding member-level options • Medical benefits
