Description

β€’ Responsible for attracting, hiring and retaining the highest quality staff. β€’ Coordinate the full life cycle of recruitment. β€’ Monitor and address a variety of staffing issues, including effective sourcing, screening, interviewing and testing selection procedures. β€’ This position will be responsible for hiring PCA/HHAs as well as other clinical and administrative support positions. β€’ In addition to hiring, this position will also coordinate with the workforce investment organization's team in facilitating training classes in a month-to-month basis.

Requirements

β€’ Maintain applicant database, perform applicant status inquiries and store applications in accordance with HR practices. β€’ Screen applicants and resumes against position requirements. β€’ Administer skill testing, as necessary. β€’ Arrange follow-up interviews where appropriate; aggressively ensure candidates are interviewed, obtain immediate feedback and, where appropriate, extend offers promptly, establishing timely start dates. β€’ Ensure attendance at new employee orientation programs. β€’ Recommend strategies to address short-term staffing needs in a cost effective manner by hiring temporary, part-time, per-diem staff, as well as summer and intern programs, where feasible.
