Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) • Office 365 knowledge • Microsoft Exchange and Outlook skills • Windows 7/Windows 10 expertise • SharePoint knowledge preferred • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system preferred • Active Directory experience • Virtual Machines familiarity preferred • Citrix experience preferred • Strong hardware troubleshooting skills • Basic network troubleshooting capability • Customer service skills • Analytical and spreadsheet skills • Strong verbal/written communication skills • Organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and in a team
