• The Area Sales Manager (ASM) drives sales to achieve targets for Arc’teryx. • The ASM builds partnerships with outdoor sports and lifestyle retailers. • You will coordinate efforts to evolve the Arc’teryx vision in retail. • This role is field-based in Austria or South Germany.
• 5+ years of sales experience in outdoor sales and account management or within a related industry; • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary level education in Business Administration or a related field • Exemplary relationship-building and interpersonal skills • Fluent English and German • Strong relationships in the Austrian Outdoor, Ski and Sports market • Excellent organizational skills, analytical ability, and track record of strategic planning • Good working knowledge of IT systems and strong Microsoft office skills • Extensive spreadsheet analysis experience with strong mathematical abilities • Ability to work well independently and in a team • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity • Effectively balance autonomy and collaboration • Seek the best solutions with unwavering commitment • Passion for getting outside and living it, preferably in climbing, mountaineering, skiing or trail running
