Description

β€’ Drive the development and delivery of complex customizations, integrations, and enhancements within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives. β€’ Develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations, focusing on optimizing performance and adhering to best practices. β€’ Conduct in-depth diagnostics and root cause analysis for critical issues within the D365 environment, implementing long-term solutions to improve system stability. β€’ Drive the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, compliance with standards, and successful deployment into production environments. β€’ Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in development practices. β€’ Work with business system analysts and functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system functionality. β€’ Ensure all developed solutions undergo rigorous testing to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity before production deployment. β€’ Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations, ensuring solutions meet both short-term needs and long-term goals. β€’ Maintain detailed documentation of all customizations, integrations, and technical processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and system reliability across the organization.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. β€’ Proven experience as a D365 Technical Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and development. β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 development tools (X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps). β€’ Experience with D365 integration technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS). β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. β€’ Certifications in Dynamics 365 development and customization (e.g., MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer) would be an advantage.
