Description

• Drive the development and delivery of complex customizations, integrations, and enhancements within Dynamics 365, ensuring high performance and alignment with business objectives. • Develop, test, and deploy enhancements and customizations, focusing on optimizing performance and adhering to best practices. • Conduct in-depth diagnostics and root cause analysis for critical issues within the D365 environment, implementing long-term solutions to improve system stability. • Drive the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business priorities, compliance with standards, and successful deployment into production environments. • Mentor junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance and driving continuous improvement in development practices. • Work with business system analysts and functional teams to identify and implement technology solutions that streamline business processes and enhance system functionality. • Ensure all developed solutions undergo rigorous testing to validate functionality, performance, and data integrity before production deployment. • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical recommendations, ensuring solutions meet both short-term needs and long-term goals. • Maintain detailed documentation of all customizations, integrations, and technical processes, ensuring knowledge sharing and system reliability across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • Proven experience as a D365 Technical Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, customization, and development. • Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dynamics 365 development tools (X++, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps). • Experience with D365 integration technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, and Common Data Service (CDS). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Certifications in Dynamics 365 development and customization (e.g., MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer) would be an advantage.
