🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Director, or similar leadership role in a SaaS environment with at least 3-5 years of management experience. • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle of seven-figure software deals and exceeding revenue targets. • A relentless focus on process improvement, documentation, and attention to detail. • Track record of scaling sales teams and driving team performance through coaching and development. • Experience building out processes and standards to support both inbound and outbound motions, with proven success implementing and scaling them across a team. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and leverage data to improve outcomes and meet KPIs. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience speaking at and working industry events. • Highly competitive mindset with a commitment to achieving and surpassing goals. • Customer-centric approach with the ability to instill empathy and value-driven sales techniques in the team. • A growth mindset with a commitment to continual learning and improvement as a leader and team member.
