Description
• National Sales Director • Location: Anywhere in the U.S. • Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission • Position Type: Full-time • About us: Job&Talent is a leading tech-enabled marketplace revolutionizing the way temporary labor is sourced and managed. • Responsibilities: Develop and execute a national sales plan, establishing relationships with clients and identifying growth opportunities. • Nationwide travel to meet clients and attend industry events, providing regular updates on sales progress.
Requirements
• Proven experience selling staffing solutions, particularly in light industrial and skilled trades, or related industries, at a national level. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed sales targets while earning performance-based incentives. Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the United States to meet clients and generate new business. (25% - 50% travel) • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to sales and business development.
