β€’ Arootah is an early-stage Hedge Fund and Family Office Advisory and Executive/Leadership Coaching firm focused on driving peak performance for both the teams and individuals. β€’ You will be responsible for leading and managing both the sales and marketing functions of Arootah. β€’ You will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO. β€’ Play a critical role in driving revenue growth and achieving our business objectives.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus β€’ Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CRO or in a similar capacity within the FinTech or SaaS industries β€’ Strong understanding of the hedge fund industry and financial markets β€’ Expertise in HubSpot CRM or a similar CRM system β€’ Strong closer with the ability to source and close deals within the financial services industry β€’ Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams β€’ Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills β€’ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities β€’ Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools
