• As a pivotal part of our Total Rewards team, the HR Sales Compensation Analyst is responsible for the meticulous administration, implementation, and ongoing management of our sales and variable compensation plans. • This role ensures that our incentive structures are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our company's strategic objectives, supporting our mission to drive sales performance while maintaining financial and operational excellence. • Implement and manage variable and sales compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate incentive payments. • Oversee all aspects, from gathering results through calculation to payroll submission, while adhering to approved plans. • Maintain and audit key performance indicators to track and report on compensation plan efficacy, providing quarterly performance insights. • Collaborate with HR, Finance, Payroll and business leaders to resolve compensation-related inquiries, contribute to plan design, and ensure plans support business goals. • Lead the communication of compensation plans, changes, and updates, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization. • Conduct comprehensive cost analyses and modeling for existing and new compensation initiatives, utilizing advanced Excel skills for data analysis and decision support.

Requirements

• With 1-2 years of corporate experience, you bring a solid foundation in business, human resources, accounting, or a related field. • Experience in a sales compensation environment is a plus. • Your advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, lookups) enables you to manage complex datasets and perform detailed analyses. • You possess a sharp eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all compensation-related data and communications. • Excellent verbal and written skills in English are essential; additional languages are a plus. • You thrive in dynamic environments, expertly managing multiple priorities and deadlines without compromising quality.
