• Advocate for Automation: Champion the use of automation technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, ML). • Develop Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive automation strategies. • Educate & Train: Design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders. • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business units and IT teams. • Project Management: Oversee the deployment of automation projects. • Monitor & Evaluate: Track the performance of implemented automation solutions. • Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation. • Community Building: Establish and nurture a community of Automation enthusiasts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in automation, process improvement, or a related field. • Proficiency with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, execution, and monitoring. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
