β€’ Arrow International/Powerhouse is looking for highly motivated individuals that are interested in helping veteran organizations. β€’ Arrow needs Sales and Marketing leaders that know how to build lasting business relationships. β€’ These positions will help deploy gaming products that will allow fraternal organizations achieve financial sustainability and continue to support their respective communities within the United States. β€’ Integrity, Trust and Work Ethic are a must for this position. β€’ Strong Communication Skills. β€’ Fantastic Personality. β€’ Veterans or familiarity with veteran organizations is a huge plus. β€’ The Account Executive (AE) will identify, qualify and call upon customer prospects within the defined territory, establishing and closing commercial sales with prospects. β€’ The Account Executive is responsible for properly and effectively marketing and representing Arrow products and services to achieve target goals and meet defined revenue expectations. β€’ Ultimately, the AE is responsible for generating new leads, cultivating those leads and converting prospects into new business and revenue for the company within the territory.

Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree with a concentration or focus on sales - marketing or relevant equivalent proven field sales or AE experience in lieu of a degree or academic credential. β€’ Minimum of 1 - 3 years of proven successful sales experience - calling on customers and closing sales. β€’ Preferred Gaming or Consumer Electronics industry experience - although solid sales experience or products and services are transferrable across industries. β€’ Must have and maintain a driving record in good standing. β€’ Possesses strong (demonstrated) communication and negotiation skills. β€’ Strong presentation skills and presences are required - along with an ability to size up and analyze situations - and effectively problem solve. β€’ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas β€’ Possesses an affable - pleasant temperament - with an authentic style and manner of building effective professional business relationships. β€’ Exhibits strong listening skills - and is inquisitive by nature to understand and process customers needs and requirements. β€’ Exhibits patience, a attention to detail, and a keen sense of customer service. β€’ Possesses the ability to think and reason independently on his/her own without close supervision.
