📋 Description

• Overseeing and managing the Imaging and Resection product sales performance • Implement sales strategy for agency Imaging and Resection business • Collaborate regularly with Arthrex Regional Management team • Launch Imaging and Resection new products within region • Coach, teach, and direct agency personnel on products/sales strategy/competitive info • Travel up to 75% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years sales experience with Capital products required (arthroscopy or endoscopy preferred) • Willing to work with cadaver specimens • Knowledge of surgical orthopedics and/or arthroscopy • Skilled in working with different functions and effectively coordinates their activities to achieve desired results • Excellent listening skills, including the ability to identify and isolate customers concerns or objections, in addition to excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong relationship building skills desired • Microsoft Office, PC and various and specialized software. Cognos, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce experience a plus
