• The Senior Director of Commercial Learning & Development is responsible for identifying, developing and implementing training needs for the US commercial team • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams and alliance partner to launch vepdegestrant in breast cancer • Establish learning and development capabilities for the first commercial field team • Drive awareness, trial, and appropriate usage of vepdegestrant • Reports to the Executive Director of Breast Cancer Marketing • Opportunity for a high-performing individual working alongside commercial peers
• 12+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience required • 5+ years of bio/pharmaceutical experience in US Sales, Marketing and/or Commercial Training required • U.S. launch experience with a new product or indication preferred • Oncology experience is preferred • Sales experience is preferred • Experience working in alliances/partnerships is a plus • Strong collaborative, communication and leadership skills required • Ability to travel as required for internal meetings • Flexible, entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset, self-starter, high sense of urgency, excel at collaboration with peers
