📋 Description

• The Jr. National Account Manager will manage a defined portfolio of Retail and Distribution accounts. • This role is responsible for crafting and executing growth strategies and maximizing sales opportunities. • The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, communication, and driving results through collaboration and strategic planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred. • Proven experience (5+ years) in account management, sales, or business development, preferably with distributors or channel partners. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results. • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in interpreting sales data and market trends. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience with CRM tools, Power BI, Microsoft suite, and sales forecasting systems. • Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 30%.

🏖️ Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 USD annually. • The salary range reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this role. • ASC Engineered Solutions’ philosophy on compensation considers additional factors such as education, training, work experience, and market considerations.
