📋 Description

• Location: South Central US - Field Based • Ascendis Pharma is a global biopharmaceutical company advancing programs in Endocrinology Rare Disease and Oncology. • The Thought Leader Liaison engages healthcare providers to build Ascendis Pharma’s reputation in endocrinology and rare diseases. • Responsibilities include speaker bureau development, market insights gathering, and cross-functional collaboration. • This position reports to the Director, Market Development and is remotely based.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, marketing, or related field • 8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience in a field-based sales or marketing role with TLL experience of at least 3 years strongly preferred • Experience in rare diseases, genetics, or related therapeutic areas; experience in endocrinology a plus • Passion for scientific engagement and advocacy building with healthcare providers • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills • Ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies and recommendations • Exceptional planning, project management, and organizational abilities • Comfort executing speaker initiatives in a compliant manner • Flexibility to travel and work up to 75% of the time, including evenings and weekends • Must live near a major airport
