• This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, plus an afterhours/weekend on call rotation. Applicants hired into this position can work remotely from most states. This will be discussed during the interview process. Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin, working with the best of the best in Information Services. • We are seeking an Applications Analyst / Senior Applications Analyst – Resolute HB / PB to: • Plan and lead projects related to Information Systems in our EMR (electronic medical record) system. • Lead in the development of workflows, system configuration, change documentation and support of operations on application functionality. • Use your excellent communication skills to share information with users within the department and organization. • Have a good understanding of technical infrastructure when applicable such as networking, data interfaces, and server administration. • Provide consultative Information Services advice to departmental and organizational leadership and guiding other employees within the department.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Required • Two (2) years of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Healthcare, Information Technology, Business, Health Administration, Engineering, or related field Preferred • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large-scale solutions. Required • Demonstrated success collaborating with operational partners to improve workflows and simplify processes. Required • Demonstrated success improving operational excellence, eliminating waste, and reducing technical and financial debt. Required • Demonstrated success teaching and mentoring. Required • Demonstrated success creating trusted-advisor relationships. Required • Demonstrated success in design, development, configuration, support, and adoption of medium to large-scale solutions using the applications, tools, and platforms relevant to the position Preferred • Three (3) to five (5) years progressively responsible experience in an IS applications field. Preferred • Demonstrated success working on or leading initiatives that use agile methods. Preferred • Experience in information services or technology, direct clinical care, health care operations, or health care administration. Preferred • Healthcare subject matter expertise including at least five (5) years experience in a health system, academic medical center, or health payer organization. Preferred • Experience supporting systems and/or operations in a 24x7 healthcare setting. Preferred
