Description

• Generate and qualify as many leads as possible for the UK market! • Engage, educate, and convince Heads of Talent Acquisition (TA) that AssessFirst is the solution to their problems. • Identify prospects by implementing prospecting strategies (cold calling, emailing, etc). • Arrange qualified meetings for the Account Executives and support them through lead conversion. • Gather leads at HR events. • Test and suggest prospecting tools: search for and test new methods and sales channels. • Qualify business opportunities to exceed targets. • Follow up on leads until they convert. • Enhance AssessFirst’s presence in the market.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required. • Whether you’re a junior or senior, your potential matters more than your past experience. • Driven by competition and motivated to exceed objectives. • Energetic and maintain high engagement levels with prospects. • Love automation and seek ways to streamline repetitive tasks. • Proactive, taking initiative to explore new approaches and improve KPIs.
