β’ Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience in UK healthcare services (private pathology preferred). β’ Experience in competent use of standard sales CRM tools such as SFDC & Hubspot β’ Knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and industry requirements. β’ Proven track record in B2B sales, with strong negotiation and persuasion skills. β’ Strong project management capabilities. β’ Independent problem solver with creative and analytical skills. β’ Hold a valid passport and a full, clean driverβs license. β’ Travel frequently (50%+ time) within the UK and EU for client meetings, trade exhibitions, and events. β’ Ability to travel internationally for training and conferences as required. β’ Fluent in English.
