• Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Business Development Manager to strengthen the team at its UKREiiF division. • Join Infopro Digital and become a Key Player in our Team! • With exciting job opportunities worldwide, Infopro Digital opens up a vast universe of professional challenges. • As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key player in our Sales and Sponsorship department, focused on engaging with the UK Real Estate community and driving commercial opportunities for UKREiiF. • You will be responsible for: • Engaging with the UK Real Estate community to attract new sponsors and exhibitors to UKREiiF. • Collaborating with the Sales Director to develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and commercial opportunities across the event. • Ensuring individual revenue targets are met or exceeded. • Responding to inbound enquiries, consulting on relevant sponsorship packages, and identifying growth opportunities. • Generating new leads through prospecting, attending events, and networking. • Representing UKREiiF at relevant tradeshows and competitor events to increase brand visibility. • Maintaining accurate data and insights in Hubspot to track progress and pipeline efforts. • Working closely with the events team to align sponsorships with broader company objectives.

Requirements

• You have significant experience in business development, sales, or sponsorship, ideally within the real estate or events sector. • You are a proactive team player with strong networking skills. • You are well-versed in using CRM systems like Hubspot to manage pipelines and track performance. • You are organized, dynamic, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. • You have experience working remotely, with the flexibility to travel regularly to London and Leeds.
