Description

• Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle including qualifying leads, 'cold' contact calling • Learning client objectives, arranging and delivering value-add demonstrations • Conducting in-person meetings, creating business proposals • Strategically managing accounts • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Building and maintaining client relationships • Driving growth across the US market • Working US business hours to effectively engage clients • Selling IDTechEx products and services including subscriptions and consulting services • Traveling throughout the Americas to conduct sales

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' business to business sales experience with consultative selling skills • Experience in up-selling and customer account management in large and small organizations • Able to travel extensively • A person with initiative, results driven, highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly • Positive, can-do attitude with sense of urgency and initiative • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • Experience in a sales/business development role with proven results and YoY increased revenue • Experience in selling products and services (preferably subscriptions, research reports and marketing services but open to sales professionals from other industries) • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and IT skills • Excellent attention to detail
