Description

• Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle, including qualifying leads • Cold contact calling and learning client objectives • Arranging value-add demonstrations and conducting in-person meetings • Representing IDTechEx at international events and creating business proposals • Strategically managing accounts and effectively selling IDTechEx products and services • Establishing new business accounts through high volume daily cold-calling and prospecting • Retaining and growing existing accounts by ensuring needs are met and building trust • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients • Establishing and developing strategic relationships with C-level executives • Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners • Managing designated territory/account sales pipeline and developing the region to increase revenue

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' proven business to business sales experience • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends • A person with initiative, results driven, highly self-motivated with the ability to adapt quickly • Positive, can-do attitude with sense of urgency and initiative • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills • You will have experience in a sales/business development role with proven results and YoY increased revenue • You will have experience in selling products and services (preferably subscriptions, research reports and marketing services but open to sales professionals from other industries, as well) • You will have excellent interpersonal, negotiation and IT skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Able to travel extensively
