• We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate new business opportunities for our Tax & Duty solution in the UK and EU markets. • This role is ideal for a proactive and results-driven professional with experience in complex financial or compliance-focused SaaS products. • You will be engaging with key decision-makers such as CFOs, Heads of Finance, and Compliance Leaders to communicate the value of Glopal’s Tax & Duty solution. • Generate a robust pipeline of qualified discovery calls and sales opportunities through outbound prospecting efforts, including account research, list building, messaging, and multi-channel engagement (e-mail, phone, LinkedIn, etc.). • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organizations, particularly in finance and compliance roles. • Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly opportunity creation targets. • Develop a deep understanding of tax and duty pain points and align them with Glopal’s value proposition. • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to facilitate smooth lead hand-offs and ensure successful conversions. • Utilize research to gain insights into business structures, operational challenges, and industry-specific tax and compliance requirements. • Clearly communicate the benefits of Glopal’s technology and compliance solutions in a compelling and professional manner. • Maintain and update accurate records in the CRM system, tracking outreach and engagement activity.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in tax, duty, compliance, or financial technology (FinTech) SaaS solutions. • Strong ability to engage with CFOs and other senior financial stakeholders in a consultative sales manner. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a clear and persuasive way. • Comfortable handling and interpreting data, with the ability to build basic business cases and estimate potential savings for prospects. • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a track record of exceeding lead generation targets. • Experience with multi-channel prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking. • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with the sales and marketing teams. • Native or near-native English proficiency is required. • Fluent French is a strong advantage.
