Description

• Reporting to the Country Manager, D/A/CH, responsible for the strategic development of key clients. • Retain and extend client contracts while building a network of contacts. • Deliver the annual operating plan and identify growth opportunities. • Support profitable growth and manage client onboarding and programs. • Identify and execute revenue-generating initiatives with existing clients. • Maintain oversight of contracted service, resolving customer experience issues quickly and effectively.

Requirements

• German native language is essential with a fluency in English • Degree in business, finance, marketing, general management, or equivalent experience (Masters preferred) • Experience developing and implementing strategic new business development strategies and business plans • Strong record of winning new business, onboarding new business, and managing the ongoing P&L of client programs • Experience as a business development executive, Account Manager or other relevant role • Experience sales or marketing and managing relationships with essential clients • Strong analytical and financial skillset including the ability to analyse data to translate market insight from internal and external sources into powerful insight. • Strong modeling and scenario planning skills. • A deep understanding of a wide range of technology • Preference to have industry experience within financial services, insurance or telecommunications
