• This role is responsible for the development and implementation of all marketing, advertising efforts, and strategy related to the CPR brand • Collaborate with CPR leadership, Marketing COEs, external agencies, and stakeholders to develop an integrated marketing strategy • This role is responsible for the strategy, planning, development, execution, and evaluation of effectiveness for all services supported by the NAF • Managing the marketing services and process associated with onboarding, offboarding, and franchise store transactions • Manage and maintain retail store planning, fixturing, and design through the development and implementation of the brand’s Retail Build Guidelines • Responsible for the strategy, development, and implementation of internal and external marketing and advertising efforts • Support the CPR brand in their efforts to diversify service offerings via product/service pilots • Responsible for providing training, guidance, support, and tailored marketing services to 450+ franchised retail locations • Serves as the main point-of-contact with the brand's agency partner(s) and marketing vendors
• BS, BA in Business, Communication, Marketing, or related field or 10+ years’ experience in a related field • 3-5 years of marketing and brand management experience in a franchise/dealer network • 3-5 years of retail planning, fixturing, and design experience • 3-5 years franchise network operations experience • Proficient in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels • Ability to successfully execute marketing strategies and campaigns by through collaborative efforts from internal and external resources • Excellent with Microsoft Office applications and/or Apple and Google equivalent • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail • Proficient in educational methods and application for adult learning • Proficient in project management with the ability to manage team members from various departments to meet project goals and deadlines. • Practical understanding of franchise law and ability to interpret, incorporate, and disseminate franchisee/franchisor obligations as outlined in related documents (i.e., FDD, Franchise Agreement, Termination Agreement, etc.) • Basic understanding of electronics repair industry, related products, services, and supply chain needs
