Description

• Organizes, leads, and coordinates the delivery of exceptional customer care in insurance tracking. • Responsible for leading a team of Unit Managers to achieve client SLA targets. • Develops operating budget for area of responsibility. • Ensures compliance with policies and standards. • Responsible for hiring process and talent retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) or three years management and insurance tracking related experience. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate strong negotiation, influencing and analytical skills
