Description

• Responsible for maintenance of customer accounts and processing premium payments. • Research, analyze and resolve exception items. • Manage and work client mailboxes; recognize urgent issues should be worked within 24 hours. • Handle customer service calls and assist in leading projects for process improvements.

Requirements

• 2 years of mortgage servicing/hazard insurance or related experience in an office setting (preferably in a production environment). • Strong problem solving and analytical skills. • High school diploma or GED. • Testing may be required on MS Word, MS Excel, Basic Office skills, and/or alphanumeric data entry (minimum of 5,000 KSPH required).
