This role will establish a dedicated Infrastructure & Cloud Operations organization within engineering.
• 15+ years in software engineering, 10+ in engineering leadership roles, at least 3 years managing managers • At least 5 years of leadership experience working in Infrastructure organization managing hosted environments • Experience managing infrastructure integrations that are in the critical path of operations (e.g. access management) • Experience building or leading infrastructure teams in a SaaS environment, ideally in AWS • Prior experience with AWS account management and/or cost management strategies (reserved instances, spot instances, etc.)
