Description

• Oversee generation scheduling, optimization, and reporting for wholesale clients • Craft analytical reports to evaluate performance metrics • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to bolster asset optimization • Spearhead the creation of settlement reports and monitoring tools • Represent CES in industry forums and foster relationships • Serve as primary Client Relations contact for California region • Negotiate project proposals to cater to client-specific needs • Analyze settlements and file disputes • Innovate energy resource assessment tools and analytics • Advise clients on wholesale market trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with organized power markets and in-depth understanding of the CAISO wholesale market • Proficiency in energy storage concepts • Bachelor’s Degree in finance, engineering, or sciences or demonstrable equivalent experience • Exceptional analytical and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel • Experience in SQL and/or Python is a plus
