•Highspot is pioneering software to transform sales productivity. •Revenue Operations role managing marketing operations strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in global B2B marketing, specializing in marketing operations, tools, and analytics. Marketo experience is required. •Deep understanding of database structure, data hygiene, reporting/analytics, and attribution, including advanced knowledge of Salesforce reporting and Bizible. •Strong analytical skills to extract insights and intelligence from marketing data. •Proficiency in lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices. •Proven experience in building, rebuilding, and governing multiple large marketing automation platforms. •Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. •Technical proficiency, excellent communication skills, and a drive to improve processes. •Knowledge of GDPR and similar Global regulations.
