• The Tenant Screening Services Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales of Asurint’s tenant screening services through a channel-oriented marketing strategy that targets housing authorities, property management resellers, and technology platform providers within the real estate industry. • Identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the property-management sector through prospecting, networking, and lead generation. • Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing personalized solutions. • Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of Asurint’s screening services and effectively communicates the value proposition to clients through presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions. • Collaborates with clients to assess their unique requirements and recommends customized solutions that align with their business objectives and budgets. • Manages the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. • Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the property management sector in order to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies. • Maintains accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM software to track progress toward sales targets and measure individual performance. • Communicates regularly with Vice President, Sales and Chief Operating Officer to provide information on specific issues, sales, product information, and general economic concerns. • Travels as needed to attend meetings, conferences, and other events up to 25% of time.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in real estate, property management or a related industry is required. • Strong understanding of tenant screening processes, rental property management practices, and relevant regulations is required. • Experienced communicator, negotiator, and presenter who can successfully articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner. • Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with experience working independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced sales organization is required. • Experience in high volume sales and cold calling is preferred. • Experience with the legal/court system is preferred. • Experience with background screening is preferred. • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software is required. • Relevant business management systems such as general ledger, HRIS, CRM, etc. is preferred. • Salesforce is preferred.
