Description

• Work with existing Vantaca clients to increase their efficiencies. • Generate leads, drive the sales process, and close new business. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of AP and AR payments. • Create and execute a sales strategy for upselling or cross-selling. • Engage in consultative sales conversations and tailor product recommendations. • Work with Customer Success Managers to identify and track leads. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. • Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close deals. • Collaborate with teams to gather client feedback and improve customer experience. • Provide regular sales reports and updates to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in back-to-base sales or business development is highly valued but not required. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent) work experience. • Proven inside sales experience in the financial SaaS industry or a similar field is preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus. • Understanding of the community management industry is a bonus.
