• Lead and manage the reporting team in building, managing, and modifying SSRS reports to meet the organization's needs. • Oversee the clean-up and optimization of the SSRS report inventory to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Serve as the primary liaison between the reporting team and various operation teams. • Prioritize and manage incoming requests and projects. • Spearhead the migration from SSRS to Power BI. • Guide the reporting team in transitioning from SQL to Databricks. • Handle ad hoc requests from the operation team. • Manage a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. • Strong expertise in SQL query, SSRS, and SQL database structure. • Proficiency in data lake technologies such as Databricks and Snowflake. • Experience with BI reporting tools like Power BI and Tableau. • In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry concepts and data, including IPA operations, HCC, HEDIS, claims processing, UM, etc. • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail. • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience with programming languages and data analysis tools such as Python. • Prior experience working in a healthcare-related organization or with healthcare data sets.
