Description

•Providing client support for Cirtuo web software (answering client's inquiries and assisting with software related issues) •Train the clients in the usage of the software •Participating in designing new functionalities of the web software, with focus on client’s business requirements and their procurement organizations •Participating in functional testing •Support the development team in creating and updating the list of change requests and monitoring the set deadlines •Support the Customer Success team with relevant reports and metrics from Cirtuo software

Requirements

•Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree •Previous work experience in similar jobs preferable, but not required •Communication skills and high level of independency •Focus on detail and respect of set deadlines, multitasking •Interest in strategic procurement of large companies and their qualitative improvement (past experience is not a requirement, but passion for understanding the area is) •Basic understanding of software development terminology •Language: English - advanced level •Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
