Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the multifamily industry • Leverage data to inform and automate strategic decisions • Define and stand up new processes to streamline the renter experience • Work with stakeholders to solve any problems that may arise • Reports to the Strategy & Operations Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, banking/private equity, corporate finance, or a tech company in strategy, business operations, or growth • Highly skilled in SQL • Proven track record of running cross-functional initiatives, achieving goals, and succeeding in a team environment • Strong problem solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes • Comfort working in a high growth, constantly changing environment • Preferred but not required; experience in Real Estate and/or Multi Family
