Description

• The Operations Generalist is a key member of the Operations Team. • This role involves a combination of administrative support, process improvement, data management, and coordination across departments. • The Operations Team is responsible for the administration and logistics of delivering high-end professional training courses and coaching services and the technical platforms that support both internal and external customers. • Responsible facility scheduling, leader scheduling, course logistics, evaluation forms, event planning and other related logistical duties. • The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in an operations, administrative, or project management role. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Team player with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively. • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement. • Ability to see larger vision while incorporating the details. • Proficiency in Google Sheets • Proficiency in Asana and HubSpot are nice to have but not required
