Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for GTM positions • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and senior level leaders • Develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques • Design, implement, and continuously refine internal recruitment processes • Ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on Go-To-Market roles in high growth companies • Deep understanding of GTM functions and the ability to assess candidates’ fit within these areas • Proven experience in building and optimizing recruitment processes and workflows  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to recruitment strategies and decisions  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
