β€’ Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and take rate goals β€’ Responsible for building and growing productive relationships with senior B2B leadership β€’ Improve the performance of the sales channel through various mediums and approaches β€’ Work with internal cross-functional teams to identify growth and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

β€’ 5+ B2B or outside account sales management experience and/or 5+ years of retail store/district management experience β€’ Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed targets β€’ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Excellent presentation skills β€’ Strong consultative sales, analytical, and problem-solving skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
