📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Our Experience Consultants are responsible for achieving account development and revenue targets for recurring revenue products as well as equipment only or guided installation sales. • Identify sales prospects. • Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to expand the existing client base and generate new business to meet established quotas. • Create and maintain accurate records in our CRM tool including notes, emails, and pending activities. • Consistently provide the best possible client experience. • Exhibit a consultative sales approach to determine a customer’s needs. • Develop price quotations and bid responses that are complete, accurate, and profitable. • Prepare contracts and pricing strategies for target accounts and submit all required documentation. • Work collaboratively with the ASW team to ensure a smooth transition from sale to installation to final billing. • Properly prepare for and participate in weekly sales meetings at the office. • Establish professional relationships with manufacturers’ sales and engineering personnel. • Follow up on leads within 24 hours of client inquiry. • Represent company at technology sessions and trade shows, as recommended. • Participate in training and professional development activities. • Maintain an NPS score of 85 or better. • Meet or exceed gross profit targets.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED • Bachelor’s Degree or some college preferred • AV or IT systems knowledge • Professional writing and communication skills • Accurate keyboarding and data entry skills
