• Be a part of solving educators' insurance needs. • You will be a part of a sales team in solving educators' insurance needs with non-Horace Mann Products. • You will be helping protect the future of educators. • You will be supported by the HMGA Sales Manager. • You will be fielding inbound calls, as well as making outbound calls to prospective clients. • You will be aiding in sales support for Captive Agents, External, and Internal Wholesalers. • Maintain daily contact volume to ensure production goals are met.

Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or GED, required. • Bachelor's or equivalent experience, preferred • Two years of sales experience. • Licensed in P&C, required. • Telephone inbound/outbound experience. • Excellent impersonal skills and client relationship building skills.
