Description

• Responsible for implementing and supporting critical business applications • Perform advanced application configuration following ITGCs • Configure system integrations using APIs, ETLs, and web services • Facilitate business requirements gathering across teams • Analyze and document requirements for sustainable solutions • Create business process models and design documents • Engage with IT and business stakeholders for development efforts • Research and manage production system issues • Facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing • Develop ad-hoc queries/reports as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 4-6 years of experience with Salesforce CRM • Salesforce BSA and Admin certifications preferred • Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, SalesforceDX, VS Code, BitBucket, Git preferred • Experience with unit, integration and user acceptance test plans preferred • Up to date with Salesforce features • Hands on experience with app exchange applications
