β’ Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with strong preference for experience working in a managed care organization in a leadership role. β’ Deep subject matter expertise in managed care, including experience with and an appreciation for the role of federal, state, and local policy, as well as an understanding of how policy interacts with product strategies and managed care functional areas. β’ Strong consulting aptitude, including the ability to lead a dynamic portfolio of projects and clients, apply critical, strategic thinking and knowledge across broad range of Medicare and Medicaid topics, and ensure client services excellence. β’ Business development acumen, with the ability to retain existing portfolio clients and establish new clients and workstreams. β’ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate to different audiences and stakeholders, including strong presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with executive level clients.
