Description

• Responsible for day-to-day transaction management for retail properties • Supervise a team of transaction managers • Key transaction responsibilities including lease renewals and acquisitions • Operate in a high transaction volume environment • Direct negotiations with landlords • Review lease documents and write summaries • Manage transaction reporting to clients

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate • Must have 7+ years of retail real estate transaction/leasing experience • Real estate brokerage or salespersons license • Superior negotiation and leasing and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently and within a team • Ability to multi-task and prioritize • Understanding of and commitment to client services • Willingness to take on new challenges
