🎯 Requirements
• Passion for leveraging AI to enhance GTM motions and a desire to stay at the forefront of innovation in this space. • GTM Experience & Impact: 5+ years in revenue operations, growth, or similar roles with a proven track record of scaling GTM motions and driving measurable business outcomes. • Strong foundation in modern GTM tools, APIs, data enrichment platforms etc. Basic scripting abilities to automate workflows will be a plus. • Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack including CRMs, MAPs, enrichment tools, and AI platforms, with proven ability to integrate and optimize these tools for maximum impact. • Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias for action, data-driven decision making, and strong cross-functional collaboration skills. • Systems thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, with experience in working backwards from ambitious targets to build scalable processes.
