📋 Description

• be a partner and business advisor to senior R&D leaders to hire complex senior level positions across the R&D organisation. • partner with other Recruiters and Recruiting Leaders to bring a holistic hiring picture to the leaders you support. • drive recruitment strategy by using market data and other metrics to create a narrative and educate hiring leaders on best practices, process and opportunity areas. • identify opportunity areas and create scalable solutions that will improve the broader Recruiting team with the right level of collaboration and visibility to leadership and appropriate partners. • proactively be a mentor and 'go to' for the broader Recruiting team on best practices, challenges and development.

🎯 Requirements

• In-house or agency recruiting experience within the technology sector. • A background in the software industry and a strong understanding of the competitive landscape today for software recruiting. • The ability to manage large candidate pipelines across crafts while maintaining a high-quality experience. • Experience partnering with senior leaders across various functions through complex sourcing and hiring processes. • Experience using innovative sourcing methodologies and non-traditional channels. • A consultative approach with hiring manager communities, with an appetite for influencing win/win outcomes through data, market insights, and creative ideas. • Familiarity with relevant tools and programs (e.g., applicant tracking systems - we use iCIMS, LinkedIn, Linked In Talent Insights, referral programs, HR Headcount systems and job boards). • A focus on building balanced teams. • Comfortable acting as the face of Atlassian, showcasing our values and opportunities to internal and external candidates.
