• Our client is a Salt Lake City-based digital marketing and media company focused on helping small but ambitious brands maximize growth while reducing waste. • In this role, you will lead Meta ad campaigns and optimize performance for clients, with support from a copywriter and designer. • Key responsibilities include campaign management, data analysis, creative testing, and cross-functional collaboration. • Promote innovation in an agency focused on AI-driven marketing.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram). • Strong understanding of paid social metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, and how to optimize campaigns based on these KPIs. • Proven ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients. • Proficiency in building detailed reports in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced features like pivot tables, charts, and formulas. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in fluent English. • Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients. • Comfortable working during EST hours. • Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for internal communication. • Knowledge of additional social media advertising platforms or tools.
