📋 Description
•Kalos is an early stage, high-growth startup based in San Francisco, CA. •As a Paid Media expert, you'll work with our customers to help them create and optimize their campaigns and use the Kalos platform. •Conduct onboarding calls, setup customers for campaigns, and ensure customers have what they need to succeed with our platform. •Learn what matters to customers, help strategize with them and act as a business strategist for them. •Monitor and improve customer retention, satisfaction, and analyze customer feedback to identify improvements. •Help us learn from customer feedback and deliver feedback to our engineering team to guide company strategy & prioritization.
