Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar technical field • 7+ years of Product Management experience in a fast-paced technology environment • Experience in hands-on software and/or hardware development • Demonstrated ability to meld market needs and technology to create a compelling product roadmap • Strong leadership skills with cross-functional teams with a focus on collaboration, business success, and facilitating alignment between project teams and executive team • Highly organized and results oriented. Ability to distill multiple inputs and competing priorities into a coherent plan of action • Drive issues to closure by bringing together key stakeholders for real-time decision making • Strong communication and presentation skills • A portfolio of successful products and projects (as well as a collection of lessons learned from failed ones)
